We offer flat-rate shipping across the country, with delivery typically taking 3-7 business days for metropolitan areas. For oversized furniture items, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and item weight.

What is your return policy for home decor items?

We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Alfresco Emporium ships to domestic addresses only. We are looking into expanding our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the near future.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to our courier's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For your convenience, we also offer buy-now-pay-later options such as Afterpay and ZipPay, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our products, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
